Fantastic article!!! Absolutely love this Pope.  I am a little like him, saying what he is thinking as Paul Kengor says, “off the cuff”, and I feel for him as I can say this has gotten me in trouble more than once! J But, he is Honest!  WE should care about the environment, but, as Pope Francis has consistently taught, and even speaks of frequently, we must care mostly about the family, the bedrock of society, and understand that the Human Person is the reason we should care about anything else!  Global warming matters little, if the society is killing the unborn, the most vulnerable of us, and if the right of every child to grow up in a safe and loving environment with a mother and a father is not taken seriously!!!  For God told Adam and Eve, to be fruitful and multiply, before He told them to subdue and have dominion over the world. WE must not confuse the fact that we can’t pick and choose which TRUTH we should heed to.

Genesis 1:28 “God blessed them, and God said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the air and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.”
