Preparing for Advent: The Lord is on the Way

The Advent Season is a time for us to prepare our hearts for the coming of Our Savior, Jesus Christ, on Christmas Day. It is a time of hope, love, joy, and peace. It’s a time to reflect on the story of the birth of Christ and what it means for us, individually and to the world. When the angel Gabriel appeared to Mary, he brought her news that she, a young girl of only 14 years or so, would birth the Savior of the World. “Hail, Full of Grace, the Lord is with thee.
